I am a registered Dietitian and nutritionist that offers a variety of fitness plans and training programs. I provide personal training in my fitness programs, and also have a fitness nutrition program for people that want to add in more of a weight loss plan. I have been in business for 10 years as a nutritionist in the community. I was previously in the sports nutrition industry. My background is in diet and training, and also nutrition as a holistic healing process. I provide a variety of fitness programs, training and nutrition for those who want to be healthy and fit. I offer a variety of programs for men and women and all types of fitness, with an emphasis on strength and endurance. I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the American College of Sports Medicine. I also have extensive experience in nutritional counseling for both men and women. I have been training in exercise for several years and offer both private and group training sessions to clients of mine. I am also an avid runner and body builder and have participated in many fitness related competitions. The reason I created this website was to share all my personal training data with others who want to get more from their training programs.
